FAQ 1. Are the clothes displayed ready on-hand or do I have to wait once I place an order? All items displayed are ready stock and NOT pre-orders. Once payment is made for an item, it will be sent on the next delivery date.
2. How do I make payment? Once your Order Form is processed, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail with the banking details. Payments can be made through Online Banking or Cash Deposit machines at any Maybank branch. *Maybank Cash Deposit machines does not accept RM5 or RM1 notes, therefore your change will be included in your parcel.
3. How long does it take for my parcel to arrive once it is sent? For most areas it usually takes one working day. Kindly refer to www.poslaju.com.my with your postcode.
4. I did not receive my parcel, what do I do? If your parcel does not arrive after 3 days, kindly contact 1300-300-300 with the tracking number provided to trace your parcel. All Pos Laju parcels required a signature upon receival therefore if there are no recipients, a notice will be left at your letter box to arrange for a second delivery. *Pos Laju does not allow a third delivery, therefore please make sure someone is there to receive your parcel, if not it has to be collected at the nearest Pos Office in your area.
5. Why is there an additional charge for postage? Postage charges are a one-time charge no matter how many items you purchase at a go, therefore we do not include these charges in the prices of our items as it would be unfair for customers to pay double if they were to purchase 2 items or more. *Postage charges goes solely to Pos Laju, we do not earn off it.
6. Can I opt for registered post or normal postage instead of Pos Laju/Pos Express, which is less costly? We strongly DO NOT recommend using registered post or normal postage as they do not provide a tracking number. Pos Laju/Pos Express is the fastest and safest method of delivering your orders to your doorsteps with a peace of mind.
7. Can I try on the clothes displayed before deciding to purchase? We strictly do not allow trying as it would be unfair to other customers in another state.
8. How would I know if it fits me well? We cannot guarantee how well it fits as each female body varies. Kindly refer to the exact measurements provided for each item.
9. Can I reserve an item and for how long? We do not allow reservation as we operate on a first come, first served basis. If payment is not remitted within 3 days of confirmation, the item will be released.
10. I purchased the wrong size/color/pattern! Can I make an exchange? Items sold are not exchangeable or refundable. Kindly make sure you have stated the correct size/color/pattern before submitting your Order Form.
11. Can I purchase a Reserved item? Once confirmation is sent, an item will be placed under Reserved status. During this 3 days period, this item will not be available to public. However, if payment is not made after 3 days, reserved items will be released to the next interested buyer in line.
12. Can I purchase a Sold Out item? Re-stocks are subjected to availability from the supplier. Therefore if it is stated Not Re-Stock able, any inquiries regarding it will be replied with a standard answer.
13. I have received my parcel and found a hole/irremovable stain in my item. Do I get a refund? We believe in the quality of our apparel. Every item that goes out will first be fully inspected by us. If we somehow missed a piece, a full refund will be given if the defect is a hole bigger than 3mm (diameter) or an irremovable stain. *Full refunds will only be given provided the item is still in brand new condition, tags have not been removed and notification for refund is given within 3 days of receival.
14. Can I get a discount? We spend a lot of time and effort in sourcing for the best quality yet stylish and affordable items. Our prices are always kept at minimal therefore any request for discounts will not be entertained.
15. I am from overseas and wish to make a purchase. How do I go about? If you're from another country but wish to make a purchase, kindly e-mail us at bunnynoo@gmail and provide us your town and postal code for postage rates. *Shipping charges for overseas will solely be borne by customers.
